The ASID State of the Industry shows that Interior Design has fully recovered to pre-recession levels. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and the U.S. Census reflect an 11.9% growth in the number of Interior Designers, 6% growth in Design firms and 8 to 9% growth in the construction industry. Interior Design is a strong growing sector. It is complex, changing and accelerating as the building environment grows and changes.
