CRJU 1054 - Police Officer Survival
Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and reading
This course examines the critical issues involved in the survival of a police officer in all aspects including their physical, mental, and psychological wellbeing. Emphasis is placed on personal protection skills, defensive tactics, handcuffing techniques, patrol tactics, vehicle stops, building searches and use of force. Contact hours: Class - 2, Lab - 2.
