MATH 1127 - Introduction to Statistics Prerequisite: Degree level proficiency in English and math; or ENGL 0988 or ENGL 0911 and MATH 0099 Emphasizes the concepts and methods fundamental to utilizing and interpreting commonly used statistics. Topics include descriptive statistics, basic probability, discrete and continuous distributions, sampling distributions, hypothesis testing chi square tests, and linear regression. (associate degree-level course). Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $74.99 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees.
