RADT 1065 - Radiographic Science
Prerequisite: Program Admission.
Content of this course is designed to establish a basic knowledge of atomic structure. Other topics include nature and characteristics of x-radiation; ionizing and non-ionizing radiation; the production of x-rays; the properties of x-rays and the fundamentals of x-ray photon interaction with matter as well as the terminology associated with these components.
