BSCI 1230 - Environmental Laboratory Testing Methods Prerequisite: CHEM 1211 and CHEM 1211 /CHEM 1211L This course will prepare students to understand the scope of environmental testing and the work of technologists who perform these duties. Students will learn to collect, store, and transport environmental samples, and describe the major analytical procedures applied to these samples in the environmental lab. Data reduction and reporting will be discussed. Note: This course requires a supply reimbursement charge. Contact hours: Class - 1, Lab - 5. Credit hours: 3 (F)
