Program Description

The Computer Programming degree is a sequence of courses designed to provide students with an understanding of the concepts, principles, and techniques required in computer information processing.The primary emphasis of the curriculum is hands-on training in programming and related computer areas that provide the ability to adapt as systems evolve. Students will solve business computer problems through programming techniques and procedures. Program graduates will be able to support the software development needs of businesses in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, finance and software publishing.

Program graduates receive an associate of applied science in Computer Programming.
