Program Description

The Commercial Construction Building Inspector certificate program provides students, commercial construction managers, and designers with the legal requirements provided by the building code. Specific code topics include inspector/contractor communications, code administration, occupancy classifications, building limitations, construction types, fire resistance, means of egress, and structural loading. Technical courses apply to the degree program in commercial construction management.
