Program Description

Data Center technicians perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to: racking of equipment and cabling of devices; testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components; fixing broken servers; providing on-site customer service to clients while working within the data center; performing upgrades to existing systems and deployment of new systems, such as servers, storage arrays, equipment racks, power distribution, and required cabling; receiving and shipping inventory as required.; issuing problem, change, and request tickets when necessary for both NatCoWeb infrastructure and customer environments.
