FORD 2010 - Ford Engine Systems & Repair

Prerequisite: FORD 1010  and FORD 1020  
This course introduces the student to Ford engine theory and repair, placing emphasis on inspection, testing, and diagnostic techniques for internal combustion engines. Topics include general engine diagnosis; removal and reinstallation; cylinder heads and valve trains diagnosis and repair; engine blocks assembly diagnosis and repair; lubrication and cooling systems diagnosis and repair. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $20 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees.
