CRJU 2020 - Constitutional Law for Criminal Justice


Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and reading;
Prerequisite/Corequisite: CRJU 1010  
This course emphasizes those provisions of the Bill of Rights which pertain to criminal justice. Topics include: characteristics and powers of the three branches of government; principles governing the operation of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment.  Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $65.78 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees.
