CRJU 2060 - Criminology

Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and reading; CRJU 1010
Introduces the nature, extent, and factors related to criminal behavior, and the etiology of criminal offenses and offenders. Topics include: sociological, psychological, and biological causes of crime; effectiveness of theories in explaining crime; theory integration; and application of theory to selected issues. Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $56.24 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.
