MGMT 1115 - Leadership

Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and Reading
This course familiarizes the student with the principles and techniques of sound leadership practices. Topics include: Characteristics of Effective Leadership Styles, History of Leadership, Leadership Models, The Relationship of Power and Leadership, Team Leadership, The Role of Leadership in Effecting Change. Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $65.31 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.
