MGMT 2155 - Quality Management Principles

Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and Reading
Familiarizes the student with the principles and methods of Quality Management (QM). Topics include: the history of quality control, quality control leaders, quality tools, QM implementation, team building for QM, and future quality trends. Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $70.71 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.
