MGMT 2200 - Production/Operations Management

Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and Reading
This course provides the student with an intensive study of the overall field of production/operations management. Topics include: role of production management/production managers, operational design, capacity planning, aggregate planning, inventory management, project management, and quality control/assurance. Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $70.71 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.
