EMSP 2201 - Paramedic Experience I

Prerequisite: Program Admission
This course provides supervised clinical and field experiences for paramedic students to apply foundational knowledge and develop core competencies in real-world environments. Students will participate in patient care within a clinical and/or field setting, working alongside licensed healthcare professionals. Emphasis is placed on developing assessment skills, communication, professionalism, teamwork, the safe delivery of patient care, and documentation. Paramedic Experience I is one course in a series of Experience courses; these courses do not need to be taken in sequential order. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $56 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.
