ACAP 1000 - Introduction to Dealer Systems
Prerequisite: Provisional Admission
This course introduces basic concepts and practices necessary for safe and effective automotive dealer operations. Topics include: safety procedures; legal/ethical responsibilities; general service; hand tools; shop organization, management, and work flow systems. Included is an introduction to Mopar Web Based courses and completing required courses for basic certification in Mopar training. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $20 supply fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester. Contact hours: Class - 1, Lab - 2.
