AUTT 1041 - Automotive Engine Performance I

Prerequisite: AUTT 1010, AUTT 1020
Introduces basic engine performance systems which support and control four stroke gasoline engine operations and reduce emissions. Topics include: general engine diagnosis, fuel and air induction, exhaust systems, PCV control system diagnosis and repair, and other related engine service. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $25 supply fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester. Contact hours: Class - .87, Lab - 5.8.
