INDS 1100 - Interior Design Fundamentals Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and reading, students must be 16 years old. Emphasizes the fundamentals of design. Topics include: The Design Process, Interior Space Planning Concepts, the Principles and Elements of Design, Furniture Arrangements and Traffic Patterns, Special Needs, Introduction to Green Design and Career Exploration. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $20 supply fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester Contact hours: Class - 3, Lab - 2.
