AUMB 1010 - Introduction to Mercedes Dealer Systems
Prerequisite: Program Admission; Diploma level proficiency in English and reading;
This course introduces basic concepts and practices necessary for safe and effective automotive dealer operations. Topics include: safety procedures; legal/ethical responsibilities; general service; hand tools; shop organization, management, and work flow systems. Included is an introduction to Mercedes web-based courses and completing required courses for basic certification in Mercedes training. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $20 supply fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester. Contact hours: Class - 1, Lab - 2.
