CMTT 2170 - Construction Contracting

Prerequisite: Program Admission; CARP 1105, CARP 1110, CARP 1112, and CARP 1114.
This course provides an in-depth study of the contractual relationship between the parties involved in building construction contracting. Topics include bonds, insurance, bidding, awarding, and subcontracting types and conditions. Should read On-campus attendance and participation in the Final Project Presentation and Discussion is required to pass this class with a 70% or higher grade even when the course is taught online.
