CRJU 1010 - Introduction to Criminal Justice

Prerequisite: Diploma level proficiency in English and reading
Introduces the development and organization of the criminal justice system in the United States. Topics include: the American criminal justice system; constitutional limitations; organization of enforcement, adjudication, and corrections; and career opportunities and requirements. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $43.75 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees.  Contact hours: Class - 3, Lab - 0.
