HORT 2249 - Flower Shop Management
Prerequisite: HORT 1720
Introduces the student to the development and operational procedures of a floral business. Emphasis will be on both traditional and high style design as a business. Topics include: overview of the floral industry and starting a floral business. Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $75 supply fee in addition to tuition and fees.
