PHOT 2308 - Food Photography
Prerequisite: PHOT 1016
An advanced level course offering students the opportunity to collaborate with food and prop stylist, that may include the culinary program. Professional techniques, in the studio and on location, used to prepare food photographs for advertising, marketing, editorial and point of sale will be explored. Topics will include lighting techniques, working with food & prop stylists, retouching applications and career opportunities. Contact hours: Class - .67, Lab - 3.33. Credit hours: 2 (T)
