Program Description

The commercial construction estimator certificate prepares students to estimate commercial construction costs. In addition, bid strategy, bidding documents, systems selection, and contract modifications are discussed. Technical courses apply to the degree program in commercial construction management. (Program Length: 3 Semesters Minimum)
