Interiors Technology Certificate Program Fact Sheet


What is Interiors Technology? Do you want to learn or refresh your skills in design software?  AutoCAD, Revit and other software packages are just a click away.  You will learn the latest technical software use and gain confidence using the software most used in the Interior Design profession for commercial and residential interior spaces.

Prerequisite Courses
  1. FYES 1000
  2. Diploma level proficiency in English and reading is required to take INDS techical courses.
  3. Students must be at least 16 years of age before enrolling in INDS 1100.
  4. Students must have completed Math 1012, its equivalent or higher, or take Math as a co-requisite with INDS 1145. Please refer to course descriptions in the online catalog for specific prerequisites.
Length of Program Certificate: 2 semesters miniumum
19 Credit hours
Semester Program Begins Fall, spring, or summer.
Application process Applicants to the Interiors Technology Program must meet all Admissions requirements; complete an application and pay the application fee. Apply to Gwinnett Technical College at GwinnettTech.edu and submit all transcripts from high school and previous college work, and take the ACCUPLACER test if required.
Program Deadlines You may enter in the fall, spring or summer terms.
