WELD 1165 - Robotic Welding Operator

Prerequisite: WELD 1000, WELD 1010, WELD 1030, and WELD 1090
Corequisite: WELD 1151
The Robotic Welding Operator course is designed to provide a student that has earned a Gas Metal Arc Welding Certificate (GMAW) the opportunity to become proficient in robotic welding with Pendant programming and Drag and Drop programming (Cobot). The robotics course may be taken after successfully completing the 4 required courses for the GMAW certificate. (The student will already be knowledgeable in GMAW welding and will become skilled in GMAW robotic welding operations.)
