Program Description

The Air Conditioning Electrical Technician certificate provides the training needed to enter the job market as an entry-level air conditioning technician assistant. Instruction will provide students with the skills and knowledge to install, test and service major electrical components of an air conditioning or refrigeration system. Technical courses apply to the diploma program in Air Conditioning Technology. This certificate does not qualify for financial aid as it does not meet minimum hour requirements. (Program Length: 2 Semesters Minimum)

Students applying for this program must be accepted into the Air Conditioning Technology degree or diploma program. Students can apply to graduate from certificates when classes required are completed.
