Program Description

The Commercial Construction Estimator certificate prepares students to estimate commercial construction costs. In addition, bid strategy, bidding documents, systems selection, and contract modifications are discussed. Technical courses apply to the degree program in Commercial Construction Management. (Program Length: 3 Semesters Minimum)

Regulations published by the U.S. Department of Education require institutions that participate in the Title IV student financial assistance programs to report certain information about students who enrolled in Title IV-eligible educational programs, two years earlier, that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE Programs).
